Sears Outlet will open at 6pm on Thanksgiving and stay open until midnight. Despite Sears Company's ongoing chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, the Sears Outlet stores division is not currently at risk of being shut down. This is because Sears has sold the Outlet stores to an independent company that specializes in outlet store management.
